Refund policy
Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery date. Please contact us immediately if you wish to return or exchange an item.
Condition Requirements:
- Items must be returned in original, unworn condition
- All original packaging, jewelry cards, and gift bags must be included
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted
Return Process:
- Contact us via email or message before returning any item
- We will provide return instructions and address
- Package items securely to prevent damage during return shipping
- Include your order number and reason for return
Return Shipping:
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection
- BURZAN Design is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Exchanges are subject to availability
- Any loss in value due to item condition will be deducted from refund
Custom and Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement.
